Training For Core Sector
Training which enables one to Transform and match with Core Sector is a very special field. What do you understand with CORE SECTOR? A Sector where one can use one’s formal knowledge as a specialty is core sector for him. For example, a trained teacher’s core sector is Education Field. A medicine graduate’s core field is practising with patient in an hospital, and so on. Here we are discussing about engagement or employment of an Engineer Mechanical or Engineer Electrical or Civil Engineers or of any other stream. If Mechanical Engineers or Electrical Engineers or Civil Engineers or IT Engineers are employed in BPO or KPO or Financial Trading Company, or as Patwari or ASI, he or she is employed but not in respective Core Sector.
