Our Institute is founded by  Mr. Sudhir Chand Jain, who him self is a graduate electrical engineer of 1971. He is trained in operation and maintenance of large equipment with state of the art technology in the then USSR in 1976 and in USA in 1986. He established him self as a specialist engineer in maintenance of large equipment.Later he he got the opportunity to work with Reliance Coal Resources Limited (a subsidiary of Reliance Power) as 1st VP/HoD Engineering for their Sasan Coal Mines the largest in Asia.Mr Jain is specialist in assembly/ major rehab; maintenance & operation of large equipment in open cast mining.
During this journey in core sector, he has been training his juniors and also in company's training institute. He noted that many noted engineers and industrialists state that only 7/13% of graduating mechanical engineers and electrical engineers are employable. 

He decided to start & establish an hands on engineering training institute for mechanical engineers and electrical engineers who will be matching to core sector and ready to work in industries with not only basic engineering skills, but with engineering skillset.
A perfect mechanical and or electrical engineer is one who can deal with man;money;material and machines in a balanced manner in order to yield optimum productivity of the industry.

Our Institute has a no. of experienced professionals who understand the importance of before hand training to fresh mechanical engineers and electrical engineers and transforming them to productive & employable mechanical and electrical engineers.
These before hand trained mechanical engineers and electrical engineers contribute significantly to the productivity  of industry, their family and overall to national growth.
