Our experience suggests that organizations usually cannot dedicate their precious time and resources on imparting extensive training to their employees – fresh as well as laterals. To address this requirement, we are joining hands with corporate from the core industry (manufacturing set-ups as well as mining industry) as a step forward to fill this gap in their training needs. Training for the laterals will be organized as per a detailed requirement analysis done via one-on-one discussions between both the teams. Training to the lateral candidates will be programmed as per the requirements of their respective organizations. A batch of minimum five candidates is a must to organize such a training program for an organization. Customization possible in such programs are indicated as below, these are subject to change as we proceed with one-on-one discussions:

  2. Components of training – equipment specific
  3. If required, Simulator Training at our partners’ sites
