1. Design Engineer: you should have clear concepts of Science with a rich bank of knowledge and very high aptitude of engineering. You should know to use MS office, Auto-Cad etc machine design tools. This JD requires good communication skills;team work. He should understand manufacturing process and should be able to work for 10 to 14 Working Hours. Inadequate knowledge bank +Autocad knowledge takes you to drawing cell only.

2. Manufacturing/Production/Quality Assurance/Quality control Engineers. You should have fare enough knowledge of engineering & science concepts, measuring instruments; hand tools & power tools;machine tools, understanding & interpreting, use of auto cad, machine drawing manufacturing process and quality control concepts& tools,Productivity improvement methodologies, communication skills, team spirit,etc etc. Many of you Mechanical, Electrical Engineers and Civil Engineers can be polished and prepared for this JD.

3.Maintenance /Service Engineers, they should have clear concepts of science & engineering, reliability & maintenance concepts, maintenance tools, Engines, Hydraulic power equipment, Electrical machines,switch gears etc..Most of you Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Civil Engineers can be polishand prepared for this JD.

4.Marketing Engineers,(Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers) they should have knowledge of the product and fare enough communication skills.Capacity to convince the client user Industry, participate in tenders and travel.

5. Some Industries are combining the 2 JDs of Service Engineers and that of Marketing Engineer.

Most of you Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers are scared of accepting this JD of a Marketing Engineers.
Simply for fear of 1. Target and 2.
