Corporate Training or refresher Training

Corporate Training or refresher Training means Productivity and profit enhancement training.Any & all Core Sector Industries divide their team in 5 levels of management including work force, viz.1) Top / Board management level, 2)Senior Management level, 3) middle management level and 4)Shop floor management level and 5) the work force.

If we study the Brand Industries on all India and Global basis, we find that they train and retrain their Human Resource up to the Shop floor work force level. They terminate only deadwood. But the decision about selection of deadwood is equally important as that of useful personnel.

2. Cost of IDLENESS of the Plant and Machinery,

6. Cost of rejection of final PRODUCT.
And many more invisible costs. This enhances the all around performance of the unit.
