Background
In just 5 years Verdure skill India
(earlier known as Verdure Infrastructure Solution) became the unique institute
in the capital city of Bhopal Offering training for job. It was founded and
directed by Mr Sudhir Jain former Chief Engineer of Northern Coal Fields Ltd. He
got interested in rethinking that nation’s growth largely depends on the
quality of human resource wherein Engineers have very significant role to play.
Country is producing large number of
Engineers every year even from the remotest location but they are hardly
industrially employable. The institute is making active effort to make these
engineers realise, that in this whole system, their technical knowledge and
practical skills together, shall make them industrially employable. In this
highly competitive market industries expect and hire ‘ready to perform’
technical resource.
What we do?
- We shape and steer the attitude of Engineers towards Engineering Industries.
- Develop business communication skills Hindi and English.
- Revisit and refresh, organise the school and college curriculum in order to enhance the aptitude and establish relationship with Engineering Career ahead.
- Hands on basic skill practices work with machines and components (mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic). Assembling – Dissembling using ‘mechatronix’ approach.
- Working with measuring instruments, tools, hand and power tools, welding, reading drawings interpreting them. Educating the Safety philosophy and practices.
- Customise training modules matching to Job Description of employer industry.
Influence
Our ideas are influenced by long industrial
experience. It is our position that all learning should result in personal,
social and economic change (as different from academic training).
